David Snell works with EY’s EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Tax Policy team. He has over 20 years of experience serving big corporates, advising ministers and working across governments. Previously, at the New Zealand Treasury he led teams advising on the performance of the Crown’s commercial and fi nancial investments, the government’s balance sheet and its tax strategy.
