Ed has over 17 years’ experience leading on all areas of corporate tax advisory and compliance both in the UK and internationally, and has extensive experience identifying tax opportunities in a risk managed way. Ed is a member of the firm’s treasury tax team advising specifically on financing matters, in particular corporate debt, derivatives and foreign exchange tax matters.
